The hotel is more than okay for the price.

The hotel is more than okay for the price. Lot of food options for cuba. nothing really stunnig, but enough. they try! there where really lovely people at bars/restaurant/housekeeping. we came earlier than check in time and it was no problem. we even could stay longer than the late check out after we asked.

the animation (mostly in italian) was not mine... but we knew that it will have that kind of animation... just be aware that (if you have a room to the pool as we had) you will have entertainment at night...

This page gave a rating of 2.5 I wouldn't give a 1. it was a terrible experience, from the food, to the drinks, to the rooms... the staff is also very rude and racist. they use different color bracelets if you are not Italian. they make you feel like they don't want you there.. Terrible service and dirty facilities. Food was horrendous.

The private beach was nice.

The room was dirty. Sheets on 2/3 beds were dirty. After waiting all day for sheets, the person comes and says she will only change the sheets on one of the dirty beds. Towels were thin and yellow.

Small resort, which may be preferred, personalised service. Facility is a bit dated.

The food was of good quality and variety with an Italian touch. Mojitos were very good.

At peak periods the bars were understaffed resulting in prolonged wait for service. At A la carte restaurant, migos, though the food is excellent, one exhausts choices on menu in one or two visits.

bedroom was fine with very comfortable beds and was clean great location with beautiful beach freshly prepared Itlaian food section was hot and tasted good

there were the odd exceptions but too many of the staff was not particularly friendly the rooms and hotel generally need a lot of freshening up, terrible bathroom in particular Itlalians have yellow bands and everybody else has a green one and if you have a green one you are totally ignored by the animation team and all the shows are in Italian so as a non Italian speaker you feel totally excluded the buffet was pretty mediocre apart from the freshly cooked Italian food as were the cocktails, lots of things watered down like the fruit Juices and pancake mixture unattentive staff in restaurant, plates not cleared, coffee offered at end of breakfast we would definitely not go back
